MISSION
At Oak & Iron, our mission is to transform overgrown and underutilized land into purposeful, functional spaces that unlock the full potential of every property.
We combine resourcefulness, determination, and a commitment to quality to bring your property’s potential to life.
Strong Roots. Solid Work. Lasting Results.
Taking raw land and making it accessible, usable space. At Oak & Iron, we believe good land has potential—and the right approach can bring that potential to life. We specialize in transforming overgrown, difficult, and underutilized properties into functional spaces that work for the people who own them. From forestry mulching and land clearing to trail access, site preparation, and barn, cabin, and timber projects, we take pride in finding practical solutions and doing the work it takes to get the job done right.
Built on Hard Work. Driven by Purpose. Oak & Iron was built around a straightforward belief: meaningful work requires more than equipment. It takes resourcefulness, determination, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We appreciate the challenge of looking at a property and seeing what it could become. Whether we’re reclaiming overgrown ground, opening up access through the woods, preparing a site for its next chapter, or working with timber and existing structures, we approach each project with a hands-on mindset and a focus on the end result.
We believe in showing up, working hard, treating people fairly, and taking responsibility for the quality of our work. No unnecessary complications. No shortcuts that compromise the result. Just practical problem-solving and a job approached with purpose.
The Meaning Behind Oak and Iron
Oak represents strength, deep roots, and endurance. Iron represents toughness, reliability, and the ability to stand up to hard work. Together, they reflect the principles we want Oak and Iron to represent: staying grounded, working with purpose, and building results people can depend on.
Built for Hard Work. Driven to Find a Better Way.
Mario Franciscotty — Operator
I’m the person behind Oak and Iron. I’m a hands-on problem solver who enjoys taking on challenging projects, working outdoors, and turning ideas into something tangible. I believe good work starts with a willingness to get your hands dirty, think creatively, and find a way forward when things get complicated. Whether it’s reclaiming overgrown land, opening up access through the woods, or figuring out how to bring new life to an existing structure, I enjoy the process of taking something with potential and making it useful.
Oak and Iron reflects the way I believe work should be done: with integrity, determination, resourcefulness, and respect for the people and property involved. I’m not afraid of a challenge, and I believe the quality of the finished work should speak for itself. For me, it’s about more than moving dirt or clearing brush. It’s about helping people see the possibilities in their property and putting in the work to make those possibilities a reality. Hard work. Honest dealings. Results you can be proud of. That’s the standard I want Oak and Iron to represent.
